Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Store Associate to support the manager in driving sales, KPIs, and store standards. You will help recruit, develop the team, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising to create a memorable shopping experience for customers.

Essentially, you will deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and actively promote multi-channel options while maintaining a welcoming store environment and contributing to the brand’s luxury fashion experience.

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI's and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
