Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive store performance, coach the team and maintain outstanding visual merchandising, delivering a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

In this full-time role, you’ll lead by example, nurture customer relationships, and promote multi-channel options while helping recruit, train and develop staff in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and customer-first mindset.

• Experience in retail environment and delivering sales targets.
• Strong IT skills including basic software proficiency.
• Experience in luxury fashion brand is a plus.

Purpose of the role: To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
