Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role (37.5 hours) at our Portsmouth store. You will support the manager in driving sales, KPI performance and store operations while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and a welcoming shopping environment, with responsibilities for visual merchandising and multi-channel engagement across channels.

Purpose of the role: To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.
