Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Bridgend is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store manager in driving sales and KPI targets, while developing the team and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

You will help recruit, train and motivate staff, deliver a welcoming shopping experience, and promote multi-channel options. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with colleagues who value collaboration and style.
