Job summary

Crew Clothing seeks an Assistant Manager for full-time 37.5 hours per week in Windsor. You will assist the store manager to drive sales, hit KPIs, and lead the team while maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and delivering a shopping experience customers love.

You will recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team, promote multi-channel shopping, and ensure the store reflects the brand's ethos of collaboration, kindness and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.

• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
