Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Gretna Green is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll support and deputise for the management team while coaching and developing the store team. The role focuses on achieving daily and weekly sales targets, stock management, payroll, admin and rota, and ensuring the 1-2-1 customer journey.

• Proven track record of developing and growing teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets within retail and understanding store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities at Gretna Green.
• Implement individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance in Gretna Green.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating Gretna Green's management team.
• Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota.
• Assist with the customers journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensure the customer comes first in Gretna Green.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
