• Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPI's and profit opportunities
• Set and monitor daily/weekly sales targets for the store team
• Monitor KPIs and store performance through reports and updates to management
• Assist with store operations including stock, payroll, admin and rota
• Enhance the customer journey by delivering a 1-2-1 service and prioritising the customer
