Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Glasgow is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the store team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will be the link between our products and customers, supporting and developing Stylists, while deputising for the management team when needed. Based in Silverburn, you will drive KPI performance, manage stock and payroll tasks, and coach the team through training and product knowledge to ensure the customer journey remains

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team.
• A good track record of developing and growing your team.
• Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail as well as a good understanding of store operations.
