Job summary

Aragon House in Parsons Green is seeking Supervisors to join a vibrant team. We offer full and part time positions with a range of shifts to suit your needs, plus opportunities for progression and development.

As a Supervisor you will lead shifts, train the team to ensure exceptional customer service, and help grow and succeed within our pub and restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• As a Supervisor you must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• You will train the team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight customers.
• You will be a committed career-focused leader capable of managing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers and the team.
• Lead shifts safely and effectively as a responsible key holder.
• Support ongoing development and training for the team.

Skills

Fluent in English

Basic knowledge of wines

Basic beers/spirits knowledge

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub.

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively.

You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
