Job summary

Lord Wargrave in Marylebone is seeking a talented Supervisor to lead a busy bar team within a premium food and drink setting. You will work at a brand new opening on Brendon Street, guiding the bar and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll champion product knowledge, train staff, handle customer queries, and promote events and private hires. A dynamic, customer‑facing role with progression opportunities and staff perks awaits.

Qualifications

• Clear knowledge of our products through genuine recommendations and by ensuring food and drink presentation is outstanding.
• Take responsibility for your team on shift to meet service standards and safety expectations.
• Passionate about training the team to ensure they have the knowledge to provide an unforgettable experience.
• Deal with customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Be approachable, eager to learn, and encourage ideas.
• Support the Management team to deliver set goals.
• Promote the venue, private hire spaces and events to customers.

We are currently looking for a talented and driven Supervisor, with experience in premium food and bar establishments to join our team.Nestled on Brendon Street, just off Edgware Road, Marylebone. We're a short walk from Hyde Park and Oxford Street, and a stone's throw from Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations. We smoke all our meat in-house and probably do the best St. Louis pork ribs in town. A whiskey fan's paradise, with over 250 different whiskeys. If you like a sweet and smokey bourbon, a peaty single-malt, or a super smooth blended, we've got the drop for you. We have a great selection of rotating cask ales and keg beers, and our Sunday roasts are second to none.
