Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to customer service team members during Sunday openings.
• Ensure the needs of Library users are met or exceeded.
• Proactively solve operational issues and maintain service quality.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvements.
• Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and visitors.
