Cambridgeshire County Council’s St Neots Library is seeking a friendly, versatile person for a Saturday post (6 hours/week) based in St Neots Library. You will handle customer enquiries, help people access online services, and promote library services within the community.

The role includes supporting library events and occasional creative tasks, with training on library systems provided. Experience in customer service is valued; IT ability is essential.

Responsabilités

• Deal with enquiries in the library and assist customers to access online services.
• Promote the Library offer in the community and support library events (e.g., rhyme time, story time).
• Take part in routine tasks and be creative when opportunities arise.
