Job summary

Omexom is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee subcontractors and construction activities across UK substations and HV/LV lines projects. The role requires traveling and staying away from home regularly to meet project needs, while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You will monitor sites, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with clients and contractors, acting as a role model for Omexom values and delivering results in line with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction/engineering required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across the UK and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites to monitor and supervise construction works
• Ensure all constructions comply with conditions of contract, specifications, and drawings
• Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard
• Ensure all works carried out compare to any interim and final invoices prepared by contractors
• Act as a role model for Omexom Company Values
