Job summary

Omexom UK is seeking a Construction Manager to lead delivery of substations and HV/LV works across the UK. You will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and manage contractors to maintain safety, quality and efficiency.

Regular travel and overnight stays across the UK are required. The role requires a proactive, flexible leader with strong communication and technical skills, aligned with Omexom’s values.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction/engineering
• At least two years relevant construction/engineering experience
• Wide understanding of building industry and construction methods
• Strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites to monitor and supervise construction works
• Ensure all constructions comply with conditions of contract, specifications, and drawings
• Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard
• Ensure all works carried out compare to any interim and final invoices prepared by contractors
• Act as a role model for Omexom Company Values
