Archer Resourcing has a brand-new Substance Misuse Nurse position available in Luton.

The Substance Misuse Nurse role is varied; the successful candidate will be part of a growing multidisciplinary team providing support to individuals seeking help and guidance to live fulfilling lives. Each individual in our service is treated as unique, so an understanding of the whole person approach and active listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Understanding physical and mental health assessments
2. Providing tailored services for individuals with complex needs
3. Delivering clinical interventions to support recovery
4. Participating in opiate and alcohol interventions
5. Leading harm reduction initiatives

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months; candidates on the update service may be fast-tracked
• Experience in a previous role within the substance misuse field
• Relevant degree
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are advantageous
