Job description

We are seeking aSocial Media & Digital Strategy Leadto support the growth of our digital presence and strengthen engagement across our social media channels — Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Bluesky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cross-platform social media strategy aligned with the organisation’s mission and objectives
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication across all platforms
  • Create and publish compelling content that informs, inspires, and engages our diverse audiences
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve reach and engagement
  • Work closely with trustees and the global youth advisory board to ensure messaging reflects ongoing activities and partnerships
  • Stay informed of platform trends and emerging best practices in digital engagement for the non-profit sector

Person Specification:

  • Experience working on social media accounts across multiple platforms
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for effective visual presentation
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging digital content
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Commitment to the values and mission of The Dove Foundation for Global Change
