Support our Ugandan M&E team with short-term, 1-on-1 Zoom training. Share your UK-based M&E experience to build capacity and confidence in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for international development projects.
Your support will directly enhance the quality and effectiveness of Act4Africa’s community-based programmes in Uganda, focusing on education, gender equality, health, and early childhood development. Strengthening our local team’s monitoring and evaluation skills will help ensure our programmes are evidence-based, responsive, and accountable, enabling us to track impact, adapt to community needs, and communicate outcomes effectively to partners and funders.
Act4Africa is a UK-registered charity partnering with a Ugandan NGO to deliver community development programmes focused on empowering women, gender equality, and early childhood education. Our UK team, comprising a Fundraising Manager and 10-15 volunteers, works remotely. We seek an experienced M&E professional with a strong UK background to provide short-term, one-on-one Zoom training sessions for our Ugandan team member. You will share practical insights, methodologies, and strategies effective in the UK context to enhance skills in data collection, evaluation, and reporting. This support will be delivered over several sessions in the coming months to build capacity and improve evaluation processes for international projects.
