Sedgwick in the UK invites you to join a team delivering expert subsidence claims support across the country. As Subsidence Technical Manager, you will lead Building Consultants, mentor peers, and drive technical quality and governance while supporting queries, referrals and client relationships.

You will manage licensing, audits, and revenue-focused delivery, working with other leaders to upskill staff and identify growth opportunities. Flexible working from office or home is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing subsidence claims in a claims environment.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Organisational skills; able to run tasks through to completion.
• Able to work in a leadership team with subsidence specialists.
• Adaptable, hardworking and flexible during high volumes.
• Professional attitude with enthusiasm and proactive approach.
• Likely to hold a building-related professional qualification.

Responsabilités

• Provide teams of Building Consultants with technical support on claims.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues; support complaint resolution and audits.
• Ensure technical quality delivery and accurate reserving.
• Engage with clients to showcase technical expertise.
