Qualifications

• Passion for the built environment and willingness to work toward a recognised building qualification.
• Sound technical foundation or emerging experience in identifying structural defects and subsidence.
• Experience in insurance claims handling is a plus, with training provided.
• Strong customer service, decision making and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from initial assessment to repairs completion.
• Work with experienced consultants and service providers to diagnose building movement and develop resolution strategies.
• Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within a specialist technical discipline.
