Responsibilities

• Guide Support Operations to maximise claim progression and mitigation.

• Act as subsidence technical referral and coaching point.
• Assist managers to identify service improvements and training needs.
• Work with Subsidence Operations, Supply Chain and other teams.
• Develop internal/external relationships to meet customer demands.
