Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead and develop the Subsidence Specialist Team, delivering high-quality claims service across the region. You will manage end-to-end subsidence claims, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships with insurers, brokers and stakeholders.

The role requires leadership, technical expertise in subsidence, and a proven track record of meeting operational targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, preferably supervisory or managerial.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant insurance policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of subsidence specialists to achieve goals.
