Sedgwick is recruiting a Claims Technician to manage subsidence claims UK-wide on a hybrid basis. You will act as the focal point for clients, guiding them from start to finish through the claims process with strong organisational and customer-focused approach.

You'll develop expertise within our Subsidence Services Division, receive training, and work with colleagues to deliver exceptional results while maintaining high standards of service.

Formación

• Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience handling demanding customers sympathetically but firmly over the phone.
• Organisational, diligent work ethic with the ability to run tasks through to completion.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Subsidence Claims Technicians, UK wide on a hybrid basis.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Technician to work in our award-winning Subsidence Services Division, managing a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims.

You’ll be the focal point for clients, guiding them through the claims process from start to finish. This role demands strong organisational skills, resilience, and a customer-focused approach.

With the benefit of training and colleague support, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience managing subsidence claims for the customers you help. Most importantly, you`ll be able to put yourself in our customers’ shoes, see the full picture and make decisions based on the facts, treating all claims on their individual merits.
