Job summary

Baker Hughes in the United Kingdom seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end subsea Production Control System (PCS) projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and seamless integration of hardware, software, and control systems.

You will develop project strategies, govern performance via KPIs, manage contracts, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure HSE compliance and robust risk mitigation while supporting a hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• End-to-end project management experience from initiation to delivery.
• Experience in subsea, oil & gas or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with Production Control Systems (PCS) and offshore HSE standards.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of subsea PCS projects with cost, schedule and quality accountability.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with PCS requirements.
• Manage delivery of PCS hardware and software and ensure system integration.
• Oversee planning, execution and performance management.
• Align project scopes with overall system delivery plans and governance via KPIs.
• Handle contract administration, variations and claims.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for technical compliance and HSE adherence.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and offshore delivery.
