Job summary

Baker Hughes in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Product Planner to own the schedule for a large subsea project and ensure on-time delivery. The role partners with product line planners, engineering planners, and execution teams to maintain quality and accuracy of the overall schedule.

You will be the right-hand of the project manager, creating lookaheads, identifying risks, and driving mitigation actions while reporting to project management for timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years in planning within oil & gas/subsea or related large-scale environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Oracle MRP a plus.
• Ability to understand project status and link the schedule to execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project schedule quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with product line planners, engineering planners, and execution teams.
• Provide lookaheads, risks in schedules and mitigation actions.
• Provide reports to project management for informed decisions.
• Interact with the customer to provide schedule updates and explain challenges.
• Drive integrated planning improvements and adherence to processes.
