Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in QC engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated history leading inspection, verification, or quality control activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Control team, ensuring inspectors are trained and qualified.
• Oversee compliance with product specs, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide QC leadership during EPC tendering and project execution phases.
• Lead continuous improvement programs and use data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Customers to embed quality across the lifecycle.
