Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• End-to-end project management experience from initiation to delivery.
• Experience in subsea, oil & gas or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with Production Control Systems (PCS) and offshore HSE standards.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of subsea PCS projects with cost, schedule and quality accountability.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with PCS requirements.
• Manage delivery of PCS hardware and software and ensure system integration.
• Oversee planning, execution and performance management.
• Align project scopes with overall system delivery plans and governance via KPIs.
• Handle contract administration, variations and claims.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for technical compliance and HSE adherence.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and offshore delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
• Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
• Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
• Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management
• Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
• Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
• Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
• Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven end-to-end Project Management experience, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
• Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of subsea system integration and associated engineering processes.
• Familiarity with offshore Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
