Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Team Leader – QC Engineering in the United Kingdom to lead quality control activities across manufacturing and project execution. You will oversee inspection and testing, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on safety, reliability, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 4+ years quality-related experience.
• 3+ years QC Engineering experience.
• Experience leading inspection, verification, or QC activities.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and inspection processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, EPC projects, or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Control team to ensure inspectors are trained and capable for inspection and testing.
• Drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Project Management and Customers to embed quality across the lifecycle.
• Provide QC leadership during EPC tendering and project execution phases.
• Monitor key quality KPIs and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
