Job summary

Future PLC in the UK is seeking a Digital Customer professional on a 6-month contract from London or Bath with hybrid and remote flexibility. You will manage membership propositions across a portfolio of brands, bridging brand goals, reader needs, and technical delivery to ensure lasting value.

You will analyse engagement metrics with GA4, Looker, Tableau, and coordinate cross-functional roadmaps, guiding product rollouts and commercial business cases to deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital membership or subscription products.
• Ability to translate user insights into business cases and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across editorial, marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimise, and scale digital membership propositions across a portfolio of key media brands.
• Analyse customer data to uncover engagement trends and identify features that drive daily reader habits.
• Build clear commercial business cases that align customer needs with brand strategy and revenue goals.
• Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable project roadmaps for technical and product teams.
• Coordinate transformation projects alongside internal editorial, marketing, and product stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance and ensure membership initiatives launch on schedule.
