Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Submariner Team Lead in Winnersh for a permanent role. You will lead a team of SMEs to develop DSAT-compliant courseware and media solutions, coordinating with customers, suppliers and courseware developers to ensure training products are accurate and deliverable.

This hybrid role offers a 37-hour week with potential site-based work and a discretionary bonus, pension, and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Royal Navy submarine systems.
• Strong DSAT knowledge and its practical application.
• Experience leading technical teams and training development.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMEs in analysis, capture and validation of technical info for DSAT training.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, SMEs, and courseware teams to ensure training products are accurate.
• Provide governance, quality assurance and drive improvements across training development lifecycle.
