Job summary

You will work across analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation, reporting to the Training Realisation Manager and collaborating with partners.

The role requires advanced DSAT experience, stakeholder management, and strong MS Office and LMS skills, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development and DSAT delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers and OEMs throughout delivery.
• Provide project reporting, presentations and status updates.
• Support procurement, planning and delivery to meet cost, schedule and quality.
• Coach analysts and drive curriculum change and continuous improvement.
• Research new learning technologies and represent the business at events.
• Resolve issues and champion EHS compliance across activities.
