Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Submariner Team Lead to guide a team of SMEs in analysing and validating technical information for DSAT-compliant training solutions. The role is permanent with hybrid working in Winnersh, UK, and requires experience with Royal Navy submarine systems.

You will coordinate across customers, suppliers, SMEs, and developers to ensure training products are accurate and delivered to programme objectives.

Qualifications

Experience leading workshops, technical reviews and requirements-gathering activities.
Strong leadership, coaching and facilitation skills.
Ability to analyse complex technical information and translate it into training requirements.
Experience engaging with customers, suppliers and multiple stakeholder groups.
Understanding of technical data management and document control.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of SMEs in analysis, capture, validation and management of technical information for DSAT-compliant training.
Coordinate activities across customers, suppliers, SMEs, courseware developers and media specialists.
Ensure training products are accurate, technically current and delivered to programme objectives.
Provide leadership, governance and quality assurance across requirements-gathering activities.
