Raytheon UK is seeking a Senior Training Analyst to lead DSAT-based training, analysis and curriculum changes for a major naval capability. The role supports delivery, evaluation, and ongoing improvement while collaborating with Raytheon UK teams and partners.

You will need to gain BPSS/SC clearance and be willing to travel up to 25%. The position is largely remote with hybrid work expectations and reporting to the Training Realisation Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced DSAT experience required.
• Consultative customer relationship approach.
• Ability to present to management and senior leaders.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with blended learning and LMS.

Aufgaben

• Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development and DSAT delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers and OEMs.
• Provide project reporting, presentations and status updates.
• Support procurement, planning and delivery to meet objectives.
• Coach analysts and drive curriculum change and improvements.
• Research new learning technologies and represent the business at events.
• Resolve customer issues and champion EHS compliance.
