Competenze
- Extensive experience with Royal Navy submarine systems.
- Strong understanding of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
- Experience leading technical teams, SMEs or training groups.
- Ability to analyse complex technical data and translate to training requirements.
- Experience engaging with customers, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
