You will require advanced DSAT experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Advanced DSAT experience required.
• Consultative customer relationship skills.
• Strong presentation skills for management and senior leaders.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development, and DSAT-compliant delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers, and OEMs throughout programme delivery.
• Provide project reporting, presentations, and status updates to customers and management.
• Support procurement, planning, and delivery to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coach and mentor analysts while driving curriculum change and continuous improvement.
• Research emerging learning technologies and represent the business at industry events.
• Resolve customer issues and champion EHS compliance across all activities.
