Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Analyst based in Winnersh, Wokingham, with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on analysing DSAT documentation, delivering compliant training needs evaluations, and developing training courseware to meet Defence requirements.

The successful candidate will work within the CMDC Training Design Team, contributing to the design, maintenance and evaluation of training programs, while ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in training analysis and have contributed to the analysis of significant training courses.
• Capable of working autonomously and within a team.
• Detailed knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).

Responsibilities

• Analyse DSAT documentation data to deliver compliant training needs evaluations for training solutions.
• Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT documentation and processes.
• Produce, maintain and update Training Design from FTS, TPS, TOs, WTS, RTGS to reflect requirements.
• Identify training requirements from customer specifications and articulate responses.
• Define the training solution balancing time, cost and quality in detail to enable Training Design.
• Carry out KSA Analysis to reflect Learning Scalar requirements and training needs.
• Interview subject matter experts to collate required data and participate in workshops.
• Champion Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support CMDC Training Service with other duties as required.
