Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Capability Lead for its Courseware and Media Development Capability to shape future training materials for the Royal Navy. This role is based near Reading with hybrid working options and requires SC clearance.

You will manage multiple duties, coordinate with stakeholders, translate requirements into tasks, and ensure outputs meet JSP 822 and DSAT standards while developing the team backlog.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training design projects and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DSAT principles (JSP 822) and training design processes.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and quality assure multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Royal Navy capabilities across multiple duties from a Training Needs Analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with other team leads.
• Translate customer requirements into clear tasks and maintain the team backlog and schedule.
