Job summary

Wiggli is seeking a Contract Support Coordinator who thrives on structure, communication, and keeping projects on track. You will act as the hub between clients, engineers, suppliers and the operations team, ensuring projects are set up correctly, scheduled, and delivered on time.

You’ll manage enquiries, issue quotations, plan resources, and maintain compliance across RAMS, certificates and client portals, helping drive operational efficiency and smooth project handovers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in contract coordination, contract administration, project coordination, scheduling or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office plus experience with CRM, job management, or project systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of M&E, maintenance, engineering or facilities management (or a willingness to learn fast).

Responsibilities

  • Being the go-to person for contract enquiries, updates, quotations, reports, invoices, and project handovers.
  • Managing maintenance schedules, chasing approvals, coordinating resources, and supporting engineering teams across disciplines.
  • Maintaining contract compliance, documentation, certificates, RAMS, training records, and client portals.
  • Reporting on performance, monitoring contract status, and continuously improving operational processes and systems
