Barhale Ltd is seeking a Sub Agent to manage small-value civil engineering sites or assist the Site Agent and Project Manager on larger schemes, ensuring delivery aligns with health and safety, quality, environmental and cost objectives.

The role requires experienced personnel with strong leadership, site management skills and the ability to interpret drawings, manage programmes and coordinate resources across projects. Attractive benefits and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering.
• CSCS card required.
• SMSTS card required.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification desirable.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the commercial performance of the contract.
• Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects.
• Produce and manage the project programme and supervise its delivery.
• Understand and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Provide engineering expertise and support to the project team.
• Ensure all staff, subcontractors and visitors are inducted and qualified.
• Represent the business to customers and official bodies.
• Deliver products to customer satisfaction.
• Produce monthly reports for Client and internal use.
• Chair weekly site meetings and manage site information.
