Job summary

Barhale is seeking a Site Agent to manage on-site delivery across Civils and Water projects in a highly regulated environment. You will lead Sub Agents, Engineers and Foremen, ensuring safety, quality and commercial performance while meeting programme targets.

You will collaborate with Contracts/Project Managers, engineers and surveyors to satisfy customer requirements, drive value, and report progress. Barhale offers long-term opportunities and a strong track record of progression.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• CSCS Mandatory.
• IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS.
• Experience in regulated environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects in Civils and Water sectors.
• Liaise with Contracts/Project Manager, engineers and surveyors to ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Maintain quality standards, environmental impact, and cost controls across projects.
• Produce monthly reports and chair site meetings per Company procedures.
