Job summary

Barhale Ltd. is seeking a Site Agent/Manager to lead civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, safety and environmental targets across Civils and Water sectors.

You will work with Contracts/Project Managers, engineers and QS to drive successful outcomes, manage teams, monitor progress, and report monthly to clients and internal stakeholders, while upholding Barhale values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering and as Site Agent on regulated projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management.
• Proven ability to forecast costs and report variances clearly.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for delivery of projects in Civils and Water sectors.
• Lead Sub Agents, Engineers and Foremen to safe, quality delivery within programme.
• Produce and manage project plans, RAMS, ITP and Waste Plans as required.
• Chair weekly site meetings and produce monthly client/internal reports.
