The Labour Group is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a major infrastructure project based in Bedfordshire. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractors to keep the project on track.

Ideal candidates bring a proven civil engineering background, strong leadership and excellent organisational skills to drive progress, review drawings, and ensure quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sub Agent or similar civil engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and crews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against programme and planned targets.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction methods.
• Ensure works meet quality, health and safety standards.
• Support site planning and resource management.
• Assist the Site Agent with project delivery.
