Job summary

Barhale is seeking a Site Agent/Manager to oversee the delivery of Civil Engineering and Water projects on site, ensuring safety, quality and value are maintained. You will work with Contracts/Project Managers, engineers and surveyors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires proven site management experience in a regulated environment, strong leadership, CDM compliance and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering and site delivery in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract conditions and risk management.
• Excellent communication, people and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful delivery of civil and water projects on site.
• Lead Sub Agents, Engineers and Foremen to deliver work safely and to quality.
• Produce project plans, RAMS, ITP and Waste Management Plans.
• Maintain project programmes and look‑ahead schedules, maximise value.
