Job summary

Raceforce Global in Brackley, UK is seeking a junior Studio Planner to join our in-house Brand and Visual Design Team. You will coordinate briefs, plan workloads and keep projects moving on schedule, ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned.

You’ll work closely with the Design Team Lead and collaborate with marketing and external partners to deliver high-quality design work on time, while maintaining a calm, organised and proactive approach in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design briefs and teams.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan workloads and keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Design Team Lead to coordinate design work and project workflows.
• Allocate brand and design work according to team availability, skills and project priorities.
• Monitor team capacity and identify potential clashes, risks or gaps in advance.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team and other internal departments on brand and design requirements, tracking deadlines and communicating changes clearly.
• Collate incoming design briefs and ensure the team has the information required to deliver effectively.
• Support freelance bookings and coordinate with external suppliers and production partners.
• Help improve planning processes, workflows and the overall efficiency of the design team.
• Manage production and ordering processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the agreed standard and within budget.
• Support the team with photoshoots and filming days as required.
