Raceforce Global in Brackley, UK is seeking an experienced Creative Designer and Design Team Leader to steer our in-house visual design group delivering branding, illustrations, digital and print for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, work with the Head of Design, and ensure outputs reflect the Mercedes-Benz brand and team identity, while meeting tight deadlines.

Formación

• A background in graphic design, digital content, brand or another relevant creative discipline.
• Experience within a creative agency, in-house studio or multidisciplinary creative environment.
• Experience across digital content and digital-first creative delivery.
• Exposure to events, experiential design, hospitality, interiors or physical environments.
• Experience managing external creative agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering graphic designs and creative output for all internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Partners, Commercial, Internal Departments).
• Working closely with the Head of Design to ensure the brand and design direction translates into all design output.
• End to end management and responsibility of the Mercedes F1 in-house creative visual design team.
• Mentoring team members and developing the capability of the design team. Providing focused hands-on creative and art direction.
• Translation of the brand identity into graphic and digital design output by the design team.
• Management of the design team workflow and creative outputs, taking briefs from key stakeholders and delivering projects from concept to final artwork.
• Ensuring the design outputs align with the Mercedes-Benz Brand, Team Brand Identity and Partnership Guidelines.
• Bringing creativity, diversity of ideas and innovation to the team’s work and delivering engaging graphics, illustrations, digital material, presentations, signage and print materials.
• Managing production and ordering processes to ensure timely delivery and cost adherence.
• Managing demand versus delivery and ensuring effective resource deployment.
• Confidently managing workload and making timely decisions with tight briefs and deadlines.
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders at senior level and with external suppliers, including architects and creative agencies.
• Supporting team photoshoots and filming days with in-studio sign-off on design and branding deliverables.
