Responsibilities

• Coordinate design work and project workflows with the Design Team Lead.
• Allocate work according to availability, skills and priorities.
• Monitor capacity, identify clashes, risks or gaps in advance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments on brand requirements and deadlines.
• Collate briefs and ensure the team has information to deliver effectively.
• Support freelance bookings and coordinate with external suppliers and production partners.
• Improve planning processes and overall design team efficiency.
• Manage production and ordering to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with photoshoots and filming days as required.
