Job description

The interiors team is a distinctive division that collaborates closely with the architects, while also delivering a significant number of projects independently. They have built a reputation for genuinely investing in their people, which is reflected in consistently strong staff retention.

You will present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, build strong relationships, and play an active role in mentoring more junior team members.

Alongside design leadership, you will oversee materials, schedules, and technical detailing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with sustainable design principles.
