Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Studio Project & Operations Manager to join our in-house Creative team in Market Drayton. You will drive projects from brief to delivery, coordinating priorities, timelines, resources and stakeholders across packaging design, campaigns, shopper marketing, digital and brand activity.

You’ll also help improve Studio operations, bringing structure to workflows and enabling the team to work efficiently as the in-house capability grows.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering creative, studio or marketing projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
• Experience with project management or workflow systems.
• Comfort working with creative teams and stakeholders across business areas.
• Attention to detail in briefs, files, feedback and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines and approvals stay on track.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities across the Studio to help designers manage multiple projects.
• Manage the briefing process to ensure briefs are clear and ready for the team.
• Act as a key contact for Marketing, Commercial, Artwork, agencies and partners.
• Coordinate feedback, approvals and next steps to keep projects moving.
• Manage asset supply, upload and organisation with clear version control.
• Track Studio hours and utilisation to balance workloads.
• Maintain budget trackers and support PO management.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows.
