Job summary

Practicus, a design-led practice in London, seeks a confident and organised Project/Programme Management Associate to support high-profile, complex projects and senior design teams.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, track risks and schedules, and prepare notes and documentation while providing proactive administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in project / programme management, design management, or a related role.
• Background in architecture, engineering, BIM, or construction-related project delivery.
• Strong Word, Excel, and email skills.
• Confident, professional communication style.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive, polished, and able to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of complex design projects.
• Help the team track risks, schedules, and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare notes, updates, and project documentation.
• Provide proactive administrative and organisational support.
