Job summary

Future is seeking a Studio Manager to shape and lead the Creative Studio in London, reporting to the Creative Director. You will coordinate cross‑department collaboration to meet client expectations and carry the creative vision through to completion.

The role is hybrid, based at our London Paddington office, with responsibility for end‑to‑end traffic, resourcing, and RFPS. A background in a creative studio and strong project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative studio or agency environment
• Experience managing or allocating design resources
• Familiarity with design processes, timelines, and deliverables
• Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the creative studio and allocate tasks to the right team members
• Coordinate with design and creative leads to meet deadlines
• Manage resourcing, RFPS, booked campaigns and internal projects
• Maintain a live view of pitches, campaigns and team capacity across Future Creative UK
