Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Creative Studio Manager to shape and oversee Future Creative Studio in London. You will lead the design and creative team, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.

With strong experience in studio environments and excellent communication, you will drive cross-department collaboration and uphold high quality standards across all workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Experience managing or allocating design resources.
• Experience with design processes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage Future Creative Studio with design and creative leads.
• Oversee the smooth running of the creative studio.
• Assign projects to team members and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help build the creative department and support team success.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet client expectations and carry the creative vision to completion.
• Manage the daily running of the Creative & Design team.
• Own resourcing, workflow, and allocation of RFPs, booked campaigns, and internal projects.
• Manage end-to-end traffic and resourcing for Future Creative UK.
• Maintain a live view of pitches, sold campaigns, proactive projects, deadlines, resource requirements, and individual capacity.
• Report directly to the Creative Director.
